SUPER GENIUS VODKA INFUSION
1 1/2 liter Grey Goose Vodka 1 pineapple 1/2 watermelon 2 baskets strawberries 7-Up Cut all pineapple and fruit so no rind of any kind is left behind. Wash and rewash the watermelon, pineapple, and strawberries. Cut the strawberries into halves, the pineapple and watermelon into bigger than a bite-sized pieces. Layer a "sun tea" (preferably with spigot at bottom) with one fruit at a time. Start with strawberry or watermelon, as they are more fragrant and will gather more taste at the bottom, where the vodka exits the container. Fill container to top with fruit. Pour vodka over fruit until covered. Screw on top and let sit minimum 2 weeks in refrigerator. To serve, mix 3 parts infusion with one part 7-Up (diet or regular) in a martini glass and serve with small piece of fruit as garnish. High Voltage 1.5 fl. oz. of Scotch Whisky 1.0 fl. oz. of Triple Sec or Cointreau 1.0 fl. oz. of Lime Juice Soda Water Ice Combine all ingredients (except Soda Water) in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a tumbler filled with ice, top with Soda Water, stir.
VODKA MARTINI
1 1/2 oz vodka dash dry vermouth stuffed olive Combine ingredients with cracked ice in a shaker. Shake well. Strain and serve in a chilled cocktail glass. Garnish with an olive. Tropical Lemonade 1 - 12 oz frozen lemonade 2 - 6 oz frozen orange juice 1 - 64 oz pineapple juice 1 - gallon of water 1 - Tbsp vanilla extract 1 - Tbsp almond extract Sweeten to taste and server over ice.
CHRISTMAS SNOW PUNCH
1 can (46 ounces) Hi-C Hula Punch, thoroughly chilled 2 pints vanilla ice cream, softened 2 cups Sprite, chilled In punch bowl, combine Hi-C Hula Punch, Sprite and ice cream. Stir until well blended and chill. Makes 32 servings.
Christmas Float
1 can coke or Dr Pepper 3 scoops of ice cream - chocalote or vanilla 4 cherries 2 red and green gum drops red and green M&M's whipped cream topping Put ice cream in cup. pour soda on it. then add the whipped cream, cherries and candy.
Nutritious Fruit Punch
1 qt home canned peaches 1 banana 3 lemons Finely grated rind from 1 lemon 1 large can pineapple juice 1(12 oz) can frozen orange juice concentrate 1 1/2 cup sugar (approximately) Water Mix peaches and banana in blender. Finely grate skin of one lemon, then juice 3 lemons. Mix peaches, banana, lemon rind, lemon juice, pineapple juice and orange juice in a large container. Add enough water to make 2 gallons. Sweeten to taste. Serve chilled. Corpse Reviver 1 1.0 fl. oz. of Brandy 0.5 fl. oz. of Calvados 0.5 fl. oz. of Sweet Vermouth Ice Combine all ingredients in a cocktail shaker with the ice, shake, strain into a martini glass, garnish with a Slice of Apple. Afterburner 3/4 oz Grenadine 3/4 oz Sambuca float blue Curacao In a shot glass, layer in order with float of Curacao on top.
Summer Fruit Shake
Blend the following in a blender with ice: Frozen Strawberries Fresh Bananas Orange Juice Yogart Honey Powdered Milk You may also add whatever fruit you have available. Berries and melon are a good addition. The proportions are fairly loose and you'll eventually find a taste blend you like. Whatever, this is a refreshing, healthy drink.
FROZEN MARGARITAS
6 oz. Can of frozen limeade concentrate 6 oz. Tequila 2 oz. Triple Sec 6 oz. Lemon-lime soda 5 C Crushed ice Lime slices Margarita salt Pour limeade concentrate, tequila, Triple Sec and soda into large plastic container, and stir to mix. Fill blender with 5 cups crushed ice. Add limeade mixture to ice in blender and blend until slushy. Pour into salt- rimmed Margarita glasses. Garnish with lime slices.

Ingredients: 1 ginger 2-3 bay leaf 5-7 cloves 1 nutmeg cinnamon 1 tsp. herbs to taste (spearmint, st.-john's-wort) 1 cup boiling water 1 cup fresh honey 2 pint red sweet wine Method: 1. Cook herbs Tea: 1 tsp. herbs per cup of boiling water, or less, to suit your own taste. 2. Add the cloves, ginger, cinnamon, bay leaf, nutmeg, honey last. 3. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture almost boils and honey dissolves. 4. Remove from heat. Add red sweet wine. Stir well, percolate. 5. Serve hot.
